Taymor is pleased to offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY* against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original consumer purchaser from the date of purchase if the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the product(s) were installed.
This warranty excludes products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, alteration, normal wear and tear, or using corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty applies to products installed in a residential setting. Purchasers for industrial, commercial, and business have a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Taymor is not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation or incidental or consequential damages. Taymor will replace any part or finish that proves defective in material and workmanship under regular use, installation, and service. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other cost associated with installing or replacing the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the product(s). The purchaser must provide the original sales receipt to Taymor for all warranty claims.
Care and Cleaning Tips
Taymor’s advanced technology creates a finish highly resistant to normal wear and tear. Over time, frequency of use may cause some finishes to age in appearance. Also, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and humidity, your product may show signs of wear or tarnishing. These changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by warranty. As always, following the manufacturer’s care instructions will safeguard the longevity of your Taymor product.
DO: Clean the product with mild soap and warm water. For best results, dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth.
DON'T: Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring cleaning agents. We also advise against using solvents or acidic cleaners, limescale removers, household vinegar, and cleaning agents containing acetic acid.
